At the time of the apparel development process, we keep up with all creative and technical facets in mind before developing the design into 3D apparel. This procedure is completed based on the market forecasts as it makes sure to create a distinctive style in all the products.
We begin with 2D illustrations that upon selection are further cut out and developed into an ultimate 3D pattern. The base models are evaluated and monitored for any alterations prior to finalizing for approval. Then proceeding towards manufacturing, the product development team performs grading, and positions the pattern pieces in a lay plan and which is then cut out in bulk fabrics, and then all the apparel parts are dispatched for manufacturing
MANAGEMENT
After receiving orders from different vendors and consumers, we develop our bills of material to make sure that all deliveries are on time. We have an effective tracking system that is corresponded with our suppliers to match up with all the scheduled delivery dates.
We provide a broad collection of products in unique and appealing colors, sizes, and patterns depending on our customer and supplier priorities on a global level.
PRODUCTION
We employ premium quality textiles in making all our products. All our collection of products is manufactured at our cutting-edge and advanced factory situated in Tirupur, India. Using a pre-production plan, all the operations from fabric sampling to development and sourcing are performed prior to beginning the main production process. All the kinds of product design, consumer and merchant requirements in all aspects of product quality, and production completion period are fixed in advance.

PS Exports maintains a wholesale system for all types of merchants in India and various regions of the world. PACKING MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENTS
Usually, the folding process of all our apparel is done prior to packing. There are various measures by which the folding of garments is conducted
In the initial phase, apparel is folded flat depending on its specific dimension and then later packed into a bag.
The apparel is wrapped and packed into different boxes instead of being packed into a bag.
Individual garments are not wrapped; the finished apparel is packed into a bag on a hanger and placed on the carton.
Apparel is not packed differently packed into a polybag, instead is positioned safely into carton boxes. For the purpose of retail stores, these apparel are then placed in racks with the use of hangers.
There are various important methods of packaging apparel. Although, as a bulk portion of our products is delivered to retail garments, we can provide any of the previously cited methods or personalize it depending on the request of the buyer.

State-of-the-art 100 and more sewing machines make SIRUBA Flatlock, SIRUBA overlock, and SIRUBA Single Needle with direct drive technology and air compressor sucking attachments.
8 Hotpress vacuum tables to iron press and finish 5000 pcs garments per day.
